NE Show 2009

I went to the NE Show last Saturday during the weekend with my school classmates. Everyone had to come to school first before taking the bus there. At school, we had a briefing about what we would do there. At around 3 p.m, we took our goodie bags and burger, and boarded the bus. We had fun at there until it rained heavily. Everyone was drenched. I used my poncho to cover half of my body and my bag. In the end, the poncho got torn. It was actually quite fun standing in the rain. The magazines in my goodie bag also got torn and my bags were very dirty and wet.

Earth Hour

Earth Hour is a global election. You can choose to vote for Earth or Global Warming. By switching off your lights on Saturday March 28 at 8:30-9:30 pm, you will vote for Earth. But by switching on your lights, you vote for global warming. I think people are organising this event because they want to save the Earth from global warming. People that voted for Earth would be switching off their lights but people who voted for global warming would be switching on their lights.

Fire Safety

I have never experienced an incident of fire break before in my house or my neighbour's house. If a fire were to break into my house, I would find the source of fire first and go to another direction where there is not fire. I think fire would be caused by people that plays with fire.

The March Holidays

I stayed at home and played during the March holidays. I also did some reading. On monday and tuesday, I had to go back to school for my IT lessons with Mr Andy. I stayed at home for the rest of the weekdays and did my homework. On Saturday, I went to my tuition and came back home. On sunday, I woke up and went to church and then to my grandmother's house after that.

SS Reflections

Old Ford Factory is located at Upper Bukit Timah and the Reflections at Bukit Chandu is located at 31K Pepys Road. We watched an animated video at Bukit Chandu. It was about how Lieutenant Adnan and the soldiers he was leading sacrificed themselve to defend Malaya and Singapore.

Total Defence

I am going to protect my family. I am going to protect my family because they are important and they always treat me the best.

Chinese New Year

My family are busy preparing for chinese new year. My mother has made biscuits and other snacks for chinese new year. Me and my siblings have cleaned the house and put up decorations. My father has bought oranges and packed the red packets.
